Burnout is a state of physical and emotional exhaustion. It can occur when you experience long-term stress in your job, or when you have worked in a physically or emotionally draining role for a long time. When we feel like we are burning out, it is important that we ask for help from the people around us, so we can protect our wellbeing. To avoid burnout, we must ensure that we set boundaries for ourselves, and acknowledge when we have reached capacity.
