We're thrilled that our next We Create Space Community Building 101 conversation will be in collaboration with UK Black Pride! This year marks the 20th anniversary since the first ever UK Black Pride took place and WCS' 5th Birthday so we'd love you to join us for a timely conversation around Leadership & Community.

Harnessing the discussions from our recent 'DEI Insights & Trends in 2025' report, Community Building 101 explores the crucial factors that drive successful & sustainable community building including wellbeing, the role of external partners & the importance of leaders.

Along with influential guest speakers, each session will examine actionable strategies, tools & guidance to empower effective change, promote collective learning, shape workplace culture & strengthen shared values. We'll also dive into how grassroots principles can be transferred to corporate settings plus how to safeguard wellbeing during challenging times.
