In this UNLOCK Masterclass, powered by We Create Space, Daniel Martynov (he/him) - an experienced mentor to students - unpacks the hidden patterns that shape every transition, showing how the stages of adapting — from the initial disorientation to eventual confidence and belonging — can be navigated with intention. Drawing from his own lived experiences across 27 countries, 11 universities, and countless communities, he offers practical strategies and a deeply human perspective on how to not just survive, but thrive in new environments.
