Olivia is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 5 years of experience in the Fashion and Media industries. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to people, talent, learning and development, employee engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion. Olivia's expertise and passion have led her to specialise in the latter, helping organisations to create more inclusive workplaces. Recently, Olivia joined the Financial Times as a D&I Advisor, bringing her experience and insights to the team. Prior to that, she has worked at Farfetch and Condé Nast, where she led the Global LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group. Olivia's journey has been shaped by her own experiences, having left Italy in 2013 to move to the UK, where she could finally transition. As a proud trans woman, she is a powerful advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion and awareness in the workplace.
