About the event

In The Strength Shift, our guest speaker Khatoun Abdmasih (she/her), a certified coach, will guide queer leaders through a reframing of leadership—one that centers ease, alignment, and authenticity. You’ll identify your unique strengths, understand how they show up in your life and work, and gain tools to invest in them with intention. Rather than striving to be everything to everyone, this session helps you root into what feels natural, energizing, and powerful.

This is leadership from the inside out.

Our UNLOCK Masterclasses are centred around nurturing Queer Leaders to reach their full potential and community building in action as we come together for collective learning & sharing experiences, ideas & values.

This session will facilitated by Alex Dominguez (he/him), CMO & Founder of UNLOCK, who will be joined by Khatoun Abdmasih (she/her). As well as a presentation & conversation, there will be breakout spaces, moments to share practical take-aways & tips with each other, & reflection. We hope you'll join us to create a safe, supportive space as we encourage & empower each other to challenge ourselves & thrive for 2025.
