Andrea is a passionate and experienced advocate for transgender awareness, inclusion and support. Having spent decades navigating life as a transgender woman while building a successful career in senior corporate management, Andrea brings a rare combination of lived experience and professional expertise to everything she does. Following her own transition, Andrea made the decision to step away from the corporate world and dedicate herself fully to supporting others. Her work spans keynote speaking at events and conferences, leadership awareness workshops, business diversity and inclusion consultancy, and comprehensive policy implementation services. She also holds a qualification in Mental Health First Aid.
