Cynthia is an award-winning inclusive leadership consultant, mentor, keynote speaker, and author based in London. She is the founder of The FORTLAGE Collective, a global consultancy supporting organisations to build cultures where people feel safe, valued, and able to belong. With more than 30 years of senior executive experience, Cynthia's work bridges human rights and commercial reality, helping organisations move from intent to mature, accountable leadership practice. She has worked with nearly 500 organisations across more than 30 countries since 2017. Cynthia transitioned while serving as a C-suite executive in her fifties, an experience that deeply informs her work with leaders facing change, risk, and responsibility. She is known for her ability to hold complexity with humanity and clarity, often described as “one leader with two genders of experience”.
