Dhiren
Dhiren Doshi-Smith is a queer British-Indian counsellor, speaker, and model with ADHD. His work centres on the intersections of mental health, neurodivergence, queerness, and identity. Rooted in person-centred therapy, Dhiren creates reflective, emotionally honest spaces where people, especially those from marginalised backgrounds, feel seen and empowered. He brings both professional insight and lived experience to his work, offering a grounded, compassionate approach that challenges shame and uplifts authenticity. Dhiren is passionate about making emotional education and mental health support more accessible, particularly within queer, neurodivergent, and POC communities, and believes in the transformative power of holding space with integrity and care.
