Itzel is an I/O psychology consultant, feminist identity strategist, and founder of The Unfolding Room™. As a late-diagnosed Afro-Latina neurodivergent woman, her work lives at the intersection of identity, leadership, and cultural complexity. She supports neurodivergent, culturally complex, and multi-role women, especially those navigating code-switching, masking, and identity blur to design leadership and career paths that align with who they are, not just what’s demanded of them.
