He’s supported 500+ leaders (from deep tech spin-outs to social justice orgs, via B2B SaaS solutions and hyper-local community projects) to define what success means for them and lead thriving teams. As a social entrepreneur he founded a queer event production collective, a publishing CIC platforming underrepresented writers, and is currently advocating for health technology innovators.
