Steph is a freelance inclusion consultant who believes in equity for all. Her most recent role as Senior Business Director at Creative Equals, saw her work with global brands including Philips, H&M Group and Netflix to embed inclusive behaviours into their business and brand DNA. She’s been recognised as one to watch, with a WACL Future Leader Award in 2017/18, awarded the #2 HERoes Future Leader  in 2019 and a BIMA 100 Champion of Change in 2021.
