Be The Change | 5 Week Accelerator Programme

​About the Programme:

​As Queer Leaders, we are naturally placed to challenge “the norm.” From a young age, we have dared to question structures, dynamics, relationships, and identities that most consider unchangeable or beyond scrutiny. This is where a visionary mindset is born.

​To be a visionary means to hold a vision. Holding a vision involves believing something to be true and possible, even when the current state of the world suggests otherwise. In today's world, believing in queer leadership or true equality, is a bold vision. But only those who truly believe in it can bring it into reality.

​This 5-week programme will introduce you to unique tools to guide you on your journey to become the full-rounded and equipped leader that can realise your own vision. We cannot use ordinary tools to achieve extraordinary feats. Therefore, this programme invites you to explore, test, and apply a diverse range of holistic tools, drawing from Western psychology and science, ancient wisdom traditions, spirituality, philosophy, quantum physics, and ancestral knowledge. Prioritising wellbeing, healing, and sustainability, we will collectively embark on a transformative journey that begins with ourselves.

​Programme Structure:

​Participants will access weekly content via our online learning platform to study independently before attending live online sessions every Monday, weekly from 5 May - 2 June, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM GMT. These interactive sessions include content review, Q&A, group discussions, and guided practices.

The programme will be hosted by Ora Ozer (any pronouns), Certified Meditation Teacher, Coach & Programme Director at We Create Space.
