    (he/him) Vijay Vijay Chohan is a former corporate solicitor who quickly discovered that, as a gay South Asian, he didn't quite "fit in" to the homogenous (straight white middle-class) culture of his workplace. After seven years of enduring this toxic environment, he left and joined OLIVER Agency as an in-house lawyer, in search of a more creative and accepting culture. Following a two-year stint in Legal, Vijay decided to pursue his passion and joined the newly-formed DEI team as Global DEI Partner. Having made waves in Ad-land, Vijay has recently joined British Airways as Inclusion & Diversity Manager, where he hopes to drive sustainable change across aviation. As a software engineer, writer, and public speaker, Vaneet founded the viral campaign #BisexualMenExist in 2020, and has since appeared on numerous panels and delivered talks to various companies. Vaneet's work has been published in Men's Health , Stonewall, GMFA, Metro UK, OutLife and Unicorn Magazine , and he is a contributor to The Bi-ble: New Testimonials, The Ampersand Project, and The Sex Agenda . Bisexual Men Exist is his first book, an empowering guide for bisexual men, providing personal stories, advice and support. Vaneet is also an advocate for intersectionality, anti-racism, and mental health awareness, and is passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces for marginalized communities. As a gay Catholic, he experienced first-hand the challenges of inequality, prejudice, and conflict, which drove his commitment to combat these issues. Ed is a cis, white, gay man who is married and has recently adopted his son Ashton. He is the founder and CEO of Inclusion Crowd and the founder of Inclusion Earth , an International Inclusion Think Tank. Ed's commercial background is in transformation and change, which he combines with his expertise in recruitment, hiring, and retention practices to drive authentic, practical, and radical ED&I performance across various sectors.
