(She/They/Jen) Jen Jen, a genderfluid and pansexual individual from Germany, was born into a working-class family and managed to complete a master’s degree from university. Despite being straight-passing and white, they have faced mental health issues such as depression. Jen is a DEI speaker focusing on LGBTQIA+ topics and tackling intersectional correlations. They speak from both places, being part of a marginalized group as well as knowing and using their privileges as an ally. In addition, Jen is an expert in inclusive leadership and co-chairs the LGBTQIA+ inclusion employee resource group of an international company with about 50,000 employees. Their passion and main objectives are bringing people together, creating a better world for marginalized communities, and building allyship. Jen's expertise extends to language and terminology surrounding marginalized communities and their identities. They are also a strong advocate for addiction recovery and self-empowerment. Upon discovering that he was living with HIV, he became an advocate for eradicating the stigma surrounding HIV. Rahim is passionate about creating safe spaces for the LGBT global majority, as well as for asylum seekers and refugees. He believes in the importance of intersectionality, recognizing the ways in which different forms of oppression intersect to create unique challenges. In addition to his work on HIV and seeking asylum, Rahim is also an activist for sexual health and identity. He believes in the power of storytelling and using his own experiences to create change. (he/him) Kodo Kodo is a Buddhist monk, Makeup Artist, LGBTQ Activist, and Model. He was born in Tokyo in 1989. He graduated from the Parsons School of Design in New York. After graduating, he started to thrive as a makeup artist, working behind the scenes of Miss Universe and NY Fashion Week. In 2015, Kodo trained to be a monk and was certified by the Pure Land school. He rose to fame following his appearance in Queer Eye: We’re in Japan. He spoke at the United Nations Population Fund, Yale University, and Stanford University as an LGBTQ activist, which attracted wide coverage on the likes of CNN and the BBC. He was selected by TIME magazine as a Next Generation Leader. His book This Monk Wears Heels is available in February 2022.
