Professionally, he has over 20 years in change management and people transformation, working today in the field of Data Science, insights and analytics as a Programme Manager at Diageo . Gatonga spent much of his life growing up in Nairobi (Kenya) hiding the parts of his identity relating to his sexuality and avoiding the queer community at all costs. Now he wants to play a part in the healing and self-acceptance of the community; helping LGBTQ+ individuals live better, more elevated and quality lives through self-love, self-knowledge, and self-care. He is a leader in his company’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group dubbed Rainbow Network, as well as a founding member of the Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage employee resource group that focusses on racial equity and celebration of all cultures.     (he/him) Sanjay Sanjay originally trained in Paediatrics in Delhi. He went on to command two Air Force Hospitals, and coordinate National and International Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief operations. He’s now the first Consultant Administration of the Armed Forces Medical Services, India. Sanjay is also the proud parent of a Transgender woman and member of “Sweekar: The Rainbow Parents” , a parent support group for LGBTQAI+ persons in India where he runs a gender friendly holistic healthcare clinic. Among his many positions and achievements, he is the CEO of "Association for Transgender Health in India (ATHI)" and on the advisory committee of the Transgender Empowerment Board of Delhi. His important work has contributed towards formulating the ‘Transgender Persons Protection of Rights Act 2019 and Rules 2020’. He also conducted the first international conference on Transgender Healthcare in India “IPATHCON2019” , in association with Jamia Hamdard University , and was responsible for releasing the first Indian Standards of Care for Transgender Healthcare - ISOC1. Passionate about creating avenues for training and research, bringing benefits of scientific advances to help provide care to the community, he is currently working with the MoHFW to set up of a “Centre of Excellence in Transgender Health” at AIIMS , New Delhi. Luca has successfully established and scaled up employee resource groups (ERGs) to 900 members in a year, covering regions such as the US, Latin America, Europe, and Poland. In the first company pride, Luca mobilized 2.5K people internally, followed by 3.5K in the second year. With his extensive experience in setting up global programs, Luca is a change agent in shifting company culture. They are currently based in Barcelona, after a 5 year stay in New York City where they pursued a BFA in Illustration and a BA in Cultural & Media Studies, focusing on understanding and exploring how Gender, Racial Identity, and Disability are socially constructed. Combining their theoretical interests with their art and design practice, the majority of Hannah’s visual and written work touches on sociopolitical themes, specifically chronic illness and disability, cultural and gender identity, and the bodymind, through their lived and learnt experiences.
