For 5 years she has been leading The L Culture, a virtual community with more than 8,000 members that brings together women and non-binary people from all over the world, where they share their stories, experiences, hobbies and lots of love. An advocate for the democratization of the Arts, she has also been a dance teacher in a social project at a public school in her hometown. With a global perspective, shaped by living in eight countries across four continents, she deeply understands the mental health challenges that come with adapting to life abroad. As an integrative therapist, Emilia is trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities and has worked with diverse clients from all walks of life. Recognizing that true healing rarely happens in isolation, she began specialising in relationships and trauma healing, focusing on the importance of community in the process.
