A self-empowerment journey designed to build inclusive leadership skills and allyship practice, to support employees from historically marginalised backgrounds. A series of panel discussions and talks exploring intersectionality. Designed to raise awareness and educate through storytelling and evidence-based content, these sessions offered insights into the different intersections of discrimination, how their compounding effects impact our individual experiences and the ways that allies can positively impact workplace environments.

TRAINING COURSE

An allyship training course composed of educational and inspiring LGBTQ+ 101 workshops sharing theoretical DEI knowledge, best practice examples, and lived experiences of a range of guest speakers. Upon completion of this guided 'peer to peer' training programme, participants were able to apply and disseminate their learnings within the institution.
