Logal is a multi-talented artist and activist who uses his platform to amplify marginalized voices and stories. Born in war-torn Syria to an Assyrian family, he was forced to flee his homeland and navigate a perilous journey to Sweden. Throughout his journey, Logal remained steadfast in his commitment to social justice, using his voice to advocate for the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals in the Middle East and refugees seeking asylum in Sweden. In addition to his activism, Logal is also a gifted singer-songwriter and writer, using his art to explore themes of identity and intersectionality. He draws upon his personal experiences to create music and literature that speaks to the struggles and triumphs of marginalized communities. Logal is a dynamic speaker and is available to speak on a range of topics, including intersectionality, LGBTQ+ discrimination, identity, and activism.
