Saba is an award winning and distinguished advocate specialising in intersectionality, cultural abuse, and the challenges faced by marginalized communities. As a queer South Asian with lived experience of childhood trauma and discrimination, she brings deep insight into the complexities of race, gender, and sexuality. This expertise positions her as a critical friend to institutions like the Crown Prosecution Service and the Metropolitan Police Service, focusing on Hate Crime, Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), and the needs of LGBT+ Black and Brown communities. Beyond law enforcement, she is the Safety and Met Liaison Manager at UK Black Pride, Interim Chair for the Ban Conversion Therapy Coalition, LGBTQIA+ Network Lead for the Royal Society of Arts and Advisory Board Member for Centre for Prevention of Violence Against Women and Girls. Her leadership spans sexual health, suicide prevention, and mentoring future changemakers for equity and justice. With her vast experience, she drives systemic reform and champions equity and justice across multiple sectors.
