Saba is a South Asian lived-experience trauma and discrimination speaker working with various governing bodies to facilitate change including the Metropolitan Police Service LGBT+ Independent Advisory Group, Trans and Non-Binary Forum and co-Chair for their Learning and Development Community Reference Group. She is a Trustee for Building Bridges for Peace, promoting conflict transformation, Community Ambassador for The Vavengers working to end FGM and other forms of VAWG, and Advisory Board Member for Action Breaks Silence, an educational charity creating a world free from VAWG. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Diana Award Mentor and an Action for Race Equality Mentor.
