Andre is a gay, afro-latinx man, researcher and community organiser. After 10 years in the start up space, Andre now supports social enterprise incubator Year Here as their Head of Social Innovation Programmes. He contributes to progressive think tank Young Fabians and is an avid outdoors-person. Andre has also recently discovered the wonderful world of New Age Vogueing (despite not being very good at it). In all his work Andre tries to bring a lens of justice, equity and inclusion, hoping to support change by changing who has a seat at the table. Andre also sits on the We Create Space UK Advisory board and supports with Client Relations.
