Nick is a highly experienced mediator with thirty years of practice, including seven years as a Buddhist monk. In addition to his monastic training, he has studied the leading of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, trauma release work, and self-care meditations that cultivate self-empathy. Nick is passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and has led the weekly gay/bi/trans men's meditation group in London since 2009. He also provides mindfulness workshops and courses tailored to the workplace. In addition, Nick is knowledgeable in speaking about various topics such as LGBTQ+ history, mental health, well-being, self-empowerment, and healing from trauma.
