Marty is a proud attention-seeker, an award-winning creative strategist, campaigner, writer, advertising industry thought-leader and changemaker. She is the founder of creative strategy consultancy: Smarty Pants Consultancy, the joint CEO of Outvertising, co-founder of grassroots community group Trans+ Adland. Marty led Outvertising’s call for brands to stand their ground during Pride Month 2023. They also write on queer history and culture and founded Trans+ History Week with QueerAF - the initiative has been supported at launch by Stonewall, Queer Britain, DIVA, Pink News, Not A Phase, London Trans+ Pride and many other organisations. They are trans, non-binary, neurodiverse and m-spec.
