Chloë is a creative and passionate global inclusion & belonging consultant, chef, and entrepreneur. As a proud bisexual woman and mother of two, she is dedicated to campaigning for inclusion and equality in all spaces, whether in corporate organizations or the wider community. With over 15 years of experience in retail, artist management, and PR, Chloe has honed her expertise in leadership and workplace allyship. Her work centers around creating spaces of belonging, mental health, well-being, identity, self-empowerment, culture change, community engagement, workplace advocacy, and parenting. In 2015, Chloe founded her own catering company. For almost two years she has also taken on the role of Head of Social Impact for Lucky Generals, a creative company for people on a mission. In her role, she is responsible for setting the company’s global social impact and ESG goals, working together with the Founders & MDs of their London and New York offices to create a sustainable & inclusive culture where their people and their clients can thrive.
