    (she/her) Raga Raga is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, TedX speaker, and producer based in London. She publicly came out as a lesbian at the age of 50 through her debut book, 'Untold Lies' , which made headlines in India. Since then, she has been a vocal supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and created positive LGBTQ+ content. With over 30 years of experience in media, events, and entertainment industries in various countries, including India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and the UK, Raga has received numerous prestigious awards. She currently holds several Trustee and Board roles in the UK and India, including as the Chair of Trustee of the London LGBTQ Community Centre and on the Steering Committee & Management Team of the Gay India Network (GIN) London UK. Raga's personal coming out journey has been featured internationally across various media channels, including BBC India in 2022 in several Indian regional languages. In 2022, she was shortlisted as the 'Woman of the Year' by the Asian Achievers Awards and received the Woman of Courage award at the UK Houses of Parliament. Raga spends her time with her partner of 16 years and their cat, Biscuit, at Tonic Housing , the UK's first LGBT+ affirmative housing. They work as a Director at Warburg Pincus , a global private equity firm. In addition, Bachul sits on the Advisory Board of the Public Rights Project, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization committed to bridging the gap between our laws and the realities of marginalized communities. Bachul's unique perspective allows them to be an advocate for intersectional inclusion in both their personal and professional lives. Bachul is also a dedicated advocate for gender-affirming care and body positivity, using their platform to promote greater understanding and acceptance of diverse gender identities and bodies. They strongly believe in the importance of culture change and workplace allyship to create safe and affirming environments for marginalized individuals. In their free time, Bachul enjoys surfing, swimming, music, and sharing their unfiltered trans/queerness in traditionally cis and heterosexual spaces. He holds two master's degrees from Paris universities: the first in "Fiction Cinema" and the second in "Documentary and Anthropological Cinema."   • Phil Sanger

    (he/him) Phil Phil originally left his hometown of Barnsley to take up professional dance training at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds and, much to the dismay of others, to ‘come out’. He went on to enjoy a flamboyant career of touring world class stages, appearing in television and film productions, and working with some of the most renowned and queer choreographers to be found. Several years later, he also began fundraising and producing local and international cultural events. He became more of a dance-maker, mentor and educator and, as his creative interests evolved, he became much more politically centred around queer visibility and coming out stories.     (they/them) Jasmine Jaz is a mixed-Pakistani, non-binary, bisexual mental health expert, public speaker, and journalist. They're particularly focused on how intersecting areas of inequality can impact people's access to mental well-being and how queerness collides with South Asian culture. Currently, Jaz is a lecturer in Gender & Sexuality as well as Diversity in Creative Industries at Bimm University in Birmingham, and they hold the position of Editor-In-Chief for a local creative media outlet called Birmingham Review. Jaz creates and facilitates tailored mental health talks and workshops, which are informed by their practical and personal experience of mental health and mental illness, as well as their MSc which covered the philosophy of mental health and cognitive neuroscience. They are passionate about advocating for anti-racism and intersectionality and have extensive knowledge of LGBTQ+ history and discrimination. Previously, he’s been lucky to work for companies such as Booking.com , PwC, EY, Gap Inc, and more. At the start of his career, he was a self-taught front-end developer and then a design contractor for small businesses and science NGOs in Washington, DC. He transitioned into user research and user experience management as he worked with national clients with high accessibility requirements. He now resides in Barcelona, Spain.
